@jonathan - thanks for writing.

We've had an ambivalent relationship toward the archives. At first, all the archives were hidden. Then, we decided to show the most recently resolved 15 questions on the front of the site:

http://wpquestions.com/

The archived 15 questions that we show are just underneath the currently live questions.

I think what we will end up doing is leave questions public for 1 month after they have been resolved, and then hide them. We intend to eventually sell access to the complete archive.

This is (1) a brilliant idea, (2) brilliantly executed, and, entirely apart from that, (3) beautifully designed.

One question: those portions of the archives which are presently publicly accessible - where are they? I'd like to write a piece about WP-questions - and include some samples.(And, of course, I want to read them for entirely selfish reasons).

I can't think of anything that's a perfect analogy. But in terms of microeconomics - the model is genius. Bravo!

And - if applied to other sets of information problems - it might be revolutionary.

(Cheers, applause, and throwing of hats)
